- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and vehicle repairs in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Accurately identify faults and report vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance issues to the Service Manager
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures and manufacturer guidelines at all times
- Maintain high standards of workmanship within a franchise-approved environment
- Work efficiently to meet team targets and deadlines as a Vehicle Technician
- Keep detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, and inspections
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- At least one to two years' technical experience within a franchise dealership (preferred but not essential)
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Motivated individual with a professional attitude and good attention to detail
- Capable of maintaining high standards of work within a fast-paced, target-driven environment
