Vehicle Technician

Our client, a well-established franchise-approved car dealership group with a strong presence across the South west, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team in North Bristol.

Duties:

• Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles, adhering to manufacturer standards
• Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and communicate findings to the Workshop Controller
• Complete work within set time parameters, maintaining high standards of quality
• Follow all health & safety protocols and quality procedures
• Carry out vehicle safety inspections, testing, and reporting on vehicle condition and performance
• Keep the workshop clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
• Work effectively within a team to ensure workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• At least 2 years’ recent experience working as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealership environment
• Hold a valid UK driving licence
• Be motivated, reliable, and a team player
• Demonstrate the ability to produce high-quality work in a busy dealership setting
• Individuals with an active MOT Smart Card will be highly advantageous but it is not essential
