The Role
As a Junior BMS Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of BMS projects across a range of commercial and critical environments. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing both your technical and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the design and implementation of BMS solutions
- Supporting project delivery from initial concept through to commissioning
- Learning BMS software, controls strategies, and system integration
- Working closely with senior engineers on-site and remotely
- Supporting testing, commissioning, and system optimisation
- Producing technical documentation and reports
Training & Development
- Structured on-the-job training with experienced BMS engineers
- Exposure to leading BMS systems and technologies
- Ongoing technical development and mentoring
- Clear progression pathway into a Project Engineer position
Key Requirements
- Good understanding of building services (HVAC, electrical systems, etc.)
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within BMS
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or building services (desirable)
