Experienced Beef & Lamb Butchers & Slaughterers Required – Northeast Scotland

360 Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking skilled and reliable Butchers and Slaughterers to join our team for an exciting opportunity based in Northeast Scotland. The Role

You will be working with beef and lamb, carrying out high-quality butchery and slaughtering tasks in a professional and safety-focused environment. Candidates should be confident working to industry standards and maintaining productivity without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing beef and/or lamb to a high standard
• De-boning, trimming, and preparing cuts efficiently
• Working on slaughter lines where required
• Following strict hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a butcher (de-boner) and/or slaughterer
• Strong knowledge of beef and/or lamb processing
• Experience in hook de-boning and/or pace line work is highly advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
